Christopher set up Just Consulting Ltd in 2008 with a view to create a new Gibraltar marketing company with innovative ideas and the means to implement them. Although it hasn't always been easy, Just Consulting has prided itself in giving great service to its clients whilst achieving results for clients based on their needs. Chris's background in Sales and Marketing exceeds Gibraltar, having worked in London and France, including big names such as Costco Wholesale UK and BTA.

His original vision continues to grow and now with a team of five staff his results are starting to match his original ambitions. Chris is also the C.O.O. for Your Gibraltar TV, Gibraltar's only online, on demand, television channel.

Daryl McFarlane - Director 

Daryl joined Just Consulting in 2011 and has since become a valuable asset to the company and its clients. Heading up all online operations, he runs our Gibraltar web design department, manages our web hosting options for clients in Gibraltar and internationally and has become an expert in new online systems that aid our clients in increasing their visibility online.

As with all online technology, it adapts and evolves, thankfully so does Daryl, ensuring the ultimate success of all of our client projects.

Bianca Yeo - Sales & Office Manager

Bianca joined Just Consulting as Sales & Office Manager in January 2013.  She has a passion for marketing, and having graduated in Business Studies & Psychology majoring in Marketing and E-Commerce she is very enthusiastic to be a part of the Just Consulting Team.   She has a vast experience in Sales, Public Relations, Corporate Functions and Events Management in Gibraltar where she is extremely well networked, coupled up with 4 years experience in the Recruitment Industry and having being a Senior Media Buyer for Press, Magazines, Online, TV and Radio for many international clients.  

She has the drive and ability to ensure the team finds the best possible marketing strategy to meet their clients's needs and see them through. Bianca’s friendly and can-do nature ensures she will endeavour to assist you the best she can at all times.

The other side of this dual role sees her taking great pride as the Office Manager ensuring that the office’s systems and procedures are always in place.

Leo Hayes - Photographer and Creative Editor  

Leo, after years of military service, developed a passion for photography, he soon became an expert on the subject and is now regarded as one of the best photographers here in Gibraltar.

His expertise doesn't stop at stock and corporate photography though, he has also developed the video filming and production department within Just Consulting, allowing us to develop our services in this field for clients in both Gibraltar and internationally.

Dyron Wilkie - SEO Specialist  

Years of experience have helped Dyron reach a professional high standard of SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) services here in Gibraltar and internationally.

Dyron is continually up to date with the in depth and constantly changing techniques that make up SEO. He is also a writer for Just Consulting's clients allowing us to offer content and copy creation in Gibraltar as well as for our international clients.
