When we first met with Gateway Property and Relocation Services, it was great to see that they had very clear goals outlined and a great offering of service and products beyond the normal capabilities for most of the Gibraltar Estate Agents.

We set about creating a new web portal that would help illustrate the flexibility, services and great selection of properties that Gateway can offer in Gibraltar as well as in Spain. The website, which is completely unlimited and maintained by our clients offers them and the end user the most up to date information at any moment in time.

The system we chose for this project is the free open source Joomla content management system. The system uses a paid Property system, customised by ourselves, which allows our client to upload any number of properties which can all be searched by the website users for a number of different criteria.

The services page offers more information and details on what Gateway offers on top of the usual "houses for sale" type of website that we have all seen too often. It is important in today's market place to offer more than your competitors.
